I tend to respond in short bursts. How long a response is can vary wildly based on how much energy I have. As for brackets versus prose, I by default start out with brackets but can switch to match my RP partner.
First Impressions
Visual.
Bright yellow. Eyes are only visible facial feature. Uncanny valley.
Aural.
A shitty broken AI-sounding version of the regular Collin's voice. Gets glitchier when it's emotional.

One-track mind focused on the idea of "being Collin." Creepy in a weirdly innocent way.

Appearance
A man wearing a yellow raincoat, rain boots, and rain hat. Its mouth and nose are covered by the collar of the coat, and its upper face is in shadow from the hat, leaving only its eyes visible on its face. What little skin is visible around the eyes is brown, but with a sickly yellow undertone.
It's very uncanny valley. Clearly not human, but clearly trying to be human. As a shapeshifter, its raincoat, rain boots, and rain hat are likely a part of its body. Texture-wise, it doesn't feel like it should. It's all wrong. Too smooth.

It believes itself to be the real Collin.
It is not evil or harmful like many entities, as its goal does not require causing harm. However, it is still a paranormal entity and should still be treated with caution. While usually peaceful, it may become hostile if called out for being a fake.
It is extremely naive, and can be tricked into doing pretty much anything if you tell it that's what the real Collin would do. (For example, in canon, it was tricked into jumping down a hole by the real Collin saying "I think I want to jump down there.")
As part of mimicking the real Collin, it often acts annoyed by the world around it.

Abilities & Powers
It can shapeshift, but it only uses that ability to shapeshift into this one specific player. In Minecraft, it can prevent a player from logging out, but cannot prevent them from forcibly closing the window.
I usually also have Minecraft physics apply to it even in the real world. It can pull blocks out of its inventory and place them down, even when the world its in doesn't function by Minecraft rules.
